When I first went at the agency I was scared and nervous because one of my friends obliged me to at least get informed about the student jobs in USA. Because I wasn't totally decided to apply, the girls from the agency had patience with me and besides informing me, they had also encouraged and supported me from the moment I applied till I returned back to Romania. I do admit that thanks to them I had a great experience because I indeed came with many wonderful things from there.

They were okay. When Air Berlin went bankrupt, they tried to help me as best they could, but not much came out of that. At least they were able to find me another plane ticket. Too bad it cost 600$.
