    Experience with the employer neutralno..ima and good things, but also bad. Bad things are: Captain is small and no Over Time, I departments Food Service, who had Over Time and tips, while the other 4 Department within the company, did not have any of the above, in addition to the basic salary, which amounted to 8.38 dollars per hour. The bad thing as a short break which the students had in my work departmanu.. For Open-Close 2x15 min had a paid break for 12 hours of work! You have the possibility of another 30-minute unpaid break, but it must be coupled with the above breaks, so in essence you have the most 2x30-minute break during the day. Now, the worst of all is that if you come later in the period from 2:30 pm to work, you have the right to a break until the end of the shift 15 min Paid or if you want a 30-minute unpaid, and usually you get it for about 17 until the end of working hours around midnight, you do not have a break, so you are constantly hungry, the murder would not have written :) no more of negative sides to move on to positive :) it is a positive thing that you'll meet many people from all over Europe, and American students, because working in the Entertainment park.. I praised and managers who are very friendly and sociable with students from Europe, and looking to help and get out of the Susta at work as much as I can. Of course, after working hours, and they interfere with us, and the party lasts all night :) Another positive thing is that you get the original Apollo form where popunjavas their desire for working time, or the number of hours during the day and week on the job.   • Iskustvo sa poslodavcem neutralno..ima i dobrih stvari, ali takodje i losih. Lose stvari su: Satnice se male i nema Over Time, sem departmana Food Service, koji je imao i Over Time i tips, dok ostala 4. Departmana u okviru firme, nisu imala nista od navedenog, osim osnovne zarade koja je iznosila 8.38 dolara po satu.Takodje losa stvar su kratke pauze koje su studenti imali u mom departmanu..Za rad Open-Close imali su 2x15 min placenu pauzu za 12h rada! Imas mogucnost za jos 30 min neplacene pauze, ali ona mora biti spojena sa gore navedenim pauzama, tako da u sustini imas najvise 2x30 min pauzu u toku celog dana. E sad, najgore od svega je to ako dolazis u kasnijem terminu na posao od 2:30, imas pravo na jednu pauzu do kraja smene 15 min placeno ili ako hoces 30 min neplaceno, i obicno je dobijes oko 17h, pa do kraja radnog vremena oko ponoci, nemas pauzu, tako da si konstantno gladan, o umoru ne bih ni pisao :) Necemo vise o negativnim stranama, da predjemo na pozitivne :) Pozitivna je stvar sto ces upoznati mnogo ljudi iz cele Evrope, pa i americkih studenata, jer se radi u Zabavnom parku..Poslodavac obezbedjuje smestaj, sto je takodje dobra strana medalje, ne moras da se cimas oko toga, zivot sa vise studenata u apartmanu donosi i dobre i lose strane, ali svakako je dobra strana sto je sve skoncentrisano u krugu od 1 km2 i bukvalno su zurke i devanja 4 meseca svako vece bez prestanka, spavanja nema :) I onaj koje bio asocialan, socijalizovace se u Seaside-u :) Mnogo novih poznanstava, mnogo anegdota...zivot tamo nece biti dosadan, i sigurno ces ga pamtiti dugo, dugo vremena. Pohvalio bih i menadzere koji su jako prijatni i druzeljubivi sa studentima iz Evrope, i gledaju da pomognu i izadju u sustet na poslu koliko mogu. Naravno, posle radnog vremena, i oni se mesaju sa nama, i zurka traje celu noc :) Jos jedna pozitivna stvar je sto napocetku dobijas formular gde popunjavas svoje zelje za radno vreme, odnosno broj sati provedenih u toku dana i nedelje na poslu. Mogu reci, da to jako postuju, i ako hoces da radis 75h nedeljno, radices...sa jedne strane cool, a sa druge strane izrabljivanje, jer si na to primoran, zbog nedostatka tips-a i overtime-a...U svakom slucaju, moje iskustvo je pozitivno, jer je to sigurno najtezi period u mom zivotu, a sa druge strane i najbolji! Casino Pier kao kompaniju i Seaside Heights kao mesto bih preporucio ako je nekome cilj na programu ZABAVA, dozivece nezaboravna iskustva i fantasticna poznastva iz celog sveta! Sto se tice zarade, ako ne radite u Food Service-departmanu, ne ocekujte neku zaradu...ali sve ima svojih prednosti i mana, sve zavisi koji su Vam ciljevi na programu. Sve u svemu, preporucujem!
