This was my first job there and I have really learnt a lot of things that even now I'm using in everyday life.Working at the front desk was not easy but it's worth it: interact with new people everyday, always be gorgeous, friendly, helpful and don't forget about the smile, which always makes the difference between persons. I received training before effectively start the work, support and help from the managers and my colleagues. Regular feedback is a must for this job as it helps for improvement. Now, talking about the employer, I felt respected and useful in my position and they never cheated on me, but they've treated me as any other employee. If it was to visit again USA, I'd go to Park Cit just to meet again the people who were my family for a whole summer.
