Good working conditions. Everyone is treated equally and everyone has to fight for their place. Work is very appreciated, and everything can be agreed with employers. Employers, Suzana and Rodney (Suzzane Geisz; Rodney Enoch) have been in this business over 30 years. In agreement with them there is a acommodation which is excellent!
