Sand bar, Martha’s Vineyard, Work and Travel Group

Experience with location Martha's Vineyard, MA was positive.
This year the season was not exactly the brightest , at least from my perspective , so it was a little hard to find another job , but here , we've done it ;-) Otherwise, I felt much better on another job , but on the first team was soooo good , just the three of us Serbs, all other Americans , but we were top .. So , depending on the season , I depend on the ease of finding a job : - ) But in general , the island is lovely, beaches are beautiful , super atmosphere ..

Experience with employer Sand Bar & Grill was neutral.
Hourly: 12 $ Number of hours per week : 36 ( first month 10 ) Average tip : not that we have given tips Good side: Serbian team was great and there were a couple of Yanks who were awesome .. Sand bar is a restaurant on the sand , so it's cool ;-) Bad side: Management and bosses have tried to give us as much shorten the hours, I of course, as most employers looking for a way to screw us up . The highlight was when the 1st of September off the schedule all the hostesses , without explanation . And we lost our jobs :-)
