Palms Hotel, Ocean Beach, Fire Island, Karavan Travel

Experience with agency Karavan Travel was positive.
They were always ready to help , I am very satisfied with the agency. I had no problem with documents nor payment, all I would recommend Karavan .

Experience with location Ocean Beach, Fire Island, NY was negative.
This island is close to NY , so everything is very expensive . We had to go to another town for supplies . Employers would not let us have another job , because the island is very small and a lot of the competition. The city is nice , but the timetable small and it is impossible to do two jobs.

Experience with employer The Palms Hotel was negative.
Hours : 8.5 Hours per week: barely 40 Average tip : $ 10 daily It is physically strenuous work , and employers are horrible . They did not appreciate our work . They gave us a few hours , and it is the hourly rate is very low. Overtime is not paid properly, but also as a captain. In addition , we were able to do only one job, and we did not even earn some money.
