Hampton Inn, East Windsor, New Jersey, Inspirit

Experience with agency Inspirit was positive.
The guys from the agency " Inspirit " are really great in this business. They are always there for everything you need and if you have any doubts they will explain and say frankly what they think on certain deals . Also , during his stay in the USA I communicate with them for all the little problem that occurred during the program , the type where to look for another job , in any way , some doubts regarding the fulfillment of the paper and the like .

Experience with location East Windsor, NJ was negative.
As for the extra work , we had a problem because we came in mid-June when the season has already begun , because there are already working American students . Also, the hourly rate in this part of America did not have so high that you can not earn a larger amount of money. The town is small, there are no events or places to go out and have fun. What is good is that it is located close to NY, Atlantic City , Philadelphia and Washington. The climate is similar with us. What we also bothered here is the large number of Mexicans who do not know English so you must know the Spanish ( luckily we knew ) , but on the other hand they have great competition as far as jobs. Cheap labor and efficient .

Experience with employer Hampton Inn was neutral.
Hourly : 8.5 Number of hours per week : 35 Average tips : 10 It was really good and bad sides. It was a lot , a timetable was not God knows what . General manager was great and the director of the hotel, too, while the boss was disaster . The constant has been pushing us how we need to more quickly and more to do. First month and a half I worked housekeeping ( from 9 am to 4h ) until I was transferred to breakfast because they did not have enough workers , so I 'm working on breakfast. Then I was ok . She had the one meal . She worked with from 5h to 11h in the morning and then I'm free .
