Year of travel: 2016
Agency: Work and Travel Group
Agency Experience: Positive

They were very responsible and organized. People who work there are detailed when it comes to explaining the steps and providing the information about employers, job positions and places. They don't take advantages of students and they provide English classes.

Location: Martha's Vineyard, MA
Location Experience: Positive

The island is so beautiful and the nature is breathtaking. I didn't like that there were so many Serbians because sometimes it was hard to practice English. Residents were very welcoming, open-minded and warm. People are generally kind and willing to help and support.

Employer: Budget Car Rentals
Employer Experience: Negative

The manager Steve Cahillane was very unpleasant and very rude. From time to time he was behaving as we were his slaves. If it wasn't for manager David Dragas the job would be completely disappointing. The only good thing was driving cars but most of the time we were cleaning them during the summer - outside, without water and for a minimum wage. Also he didn't pay for our breaks (which is illegal).

Comment: Even though the job wasn't good experience, people who worked there on the program were so nice and made me laugh to all the bad things. This is definitely good program if you want to work, earn some money and meet so many different people from around he world. But before you enroll in this program be aware that the first job probably won't be so good, have courage to tolerant people in your house and be prepare for summer of your life. Expect unexpected and good luck!
