First of all I will change attitude toward the agency clientele and students . On several occasions proved to be unprofessional in communications , < ! - More - > hundred telephone , and live . I think we should raise the level of awareness of students to the next level . Having said that , I think we should not be going to students with a problem called themselves after breaking the terms of informing previously promised by the agency . In my case, it happened more than once , I've been waiting for days to the promised response / notification and at the end I had to call .
I have to be honest and say that a lot depended on the sponsor organization of Interexchange with which I personally had a lot of problems . Less - more , all these problems have affected the agency to react in certain situations uncertain and unconvincing . The agency has repeatedly tried to contact the sponsor organization and to solve the problem , but without success , so I finally took the whole thing in their own hands and contacted Interexchange personally . After exchanging a few e -mails with a lot of stress , but with the great help of my girlfriend who is at a given moment was ingenious and quite literally inspiring case I somehow solved . On the way a lot of information received and from this site and from Allen himself , to whom I owe a lot of thanks .
